A FREE, annual Halloween haunted yard display. Front yard only - limited walk-through - please plan your evening accordingly as last year we had 1500 hundred visitors and longggggggggggg lines to get to the walk-through.

We are located in the lovely Southeast Aurora 'Carriage Place' neighborhood, off of South Tower and Hampden Road. Come and join us for an otherworldly experience!

When...
Display and Lights:
October 15th - October 29th: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
October 15th is the date we will begin to set out our display and turn on lighting only. We will not be running fog, sound effects or animatronics at this time. Limited Lighting until October 29th. We will not be running fog and sound effects at this time.
IMPORTANT - Any visits made from October 15th - October 30th are restricted to viewing the yard display from the street ONLY.
Animatronics, Lights, Fog, Sound Effects:
October 30th, 7:00pm - 10:00pm - Media & Press Access Night
We will allow media / press access into the yard on this night only. Any other viewing on this night is restricted to the street only. This is our test / tweak night.
October 31st : 7:00pm - 10:00pm
All effects, full sound. All visitors are welcome, treats are only given out on October 31st.
Be please aware that in the event of rain or snow, we will not be able to run animatronics, lights, sound effects or fog.
NOTE: Please be respectful of our neighbors and their properties if you plan to visit Darkrose Manor. The continuing success of Darkrose Manor relies heavily upon the kindness and respect that our visitors exhibit to our neighbors.
